Roads and Maritime Services seeks suitably experienced and qualified entities to register their interest to participate in the Expression of Interest (EOI) process for the Independent Certifier Services (IC Services) for the WestConnex M4-M5 Link Rozelle Interchange and Iron Cove Link project.
The successful Proponent will be selected through a two phase procurement process. The first phase requires applicants to submit an EOI. A short list of applicants will then be selected from this EOI process and invited to submit a Proposal for the work.
Prospective Applicants will need to complete, sign and return the Registration Form, Process Deed Poll and Individual Deed Polls for each member of its team who will be accessing the Request for EOI (in accordance with the instructions in that deed). Following Roads and Maritime determining that the Registrant is a Bona Fide Service Provider of IC Services, Roads and Maritime will provide Applicants with access to the EOI documents.
All applicants must comply with the New South Wales Government’s Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code) and Implementation Guidelines to the New South Wales Code of Practice for Procurement: Building and Construction (NSW Guidelines).
