Organisations seeking to submit a tender must have:

• A registered company;

• Acceptance of Conditions of Contract;

• Demonstrated capacity to supply the equipment and operators for hire;

• Demonstrated capacity to comply with Roads and Maritime Services Equipment Requirements;

• Demonstrated capacity to comply with Roads and Maritime Services Operator Competency Requirements;

• Demonstrated Quality System, Environmental Management & WHS documentation and experience;

• Suitable personnel, plant, equipment, subcontractors and methodology to meet the service delivery plan;  and

• Other requirements as detailed in RFT.

Tender must be enclosed in the pre-addressed envelope supplied by Roads and Maritime Services with the tender documents and placed in the Tender Box or mailed to the address for submission set out in the Tender Reference Schedule as detailed in the Tender Documents.
