Tenders are invited to provide consultancy services to establish the OneRMS Program Office within the Office of the Chief Executive.

This includes advice on and deployment of program office governance and management processes and systems that can effectively support delivery of the agreed initiatives.

Tenderers must be prequalified in Capability stream 2a Strategy & Planning under the NSW Whole of Government Performance and Management Services Scheme 0005.

All tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government’s Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework) and Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code).  Copies of the NSW Framework and NSW Code are available at www.procurepoint.nsw.gov.au.
