Underground Petroleum Storage System Removal, Building Demolition and Remediation Work, Parramatta Road Five Dock

Tenders are invited from pre-qualified contractors with Roads and Maritime Services under the National Prequalification Scheme at R1 F1. This work consists undertaking underground petroleum storage system (UPSS) removal, building demolition (including hazardous material removal) and remediation work.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 9am on Monday 17 December 2018 at Level 8, 10 Smith Street, Parramatta. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming tender.

All tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government’s Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code) and Implementation Guidelines to the New South Wales Code of Practice for Procurement: Building and Construction (NSW Guidelines).
