Tender Details
Suitably qualified contractors are invited to tender on the construction of a section of the northbound and southbound carriageways on the Pacific Highway from Stn 81,300 to 96,250 (Section 5).
Please note, fresh tenders are being invited for these works. Any applicants who submitted tenders for these works in 2018 will be required to submit a new tender.
The Works, known as the HW10 Pacific Highway Upgrade, Woolgoolga to Ballina – Section 5 Signage, is for the supply and installation of road signs on the northbound carriageway of the Pacific Highway from chainage 81,300 to chainage 96,250, the southbound carriageways of the Pacific Highway from chainage 82,000 to chainage 96,250, the interchanges at Yamba, Harwood and Iluka, and the associated local roads. The works the Contractor is required to undertake generally commences north of the new Maclean Interchange and completes at north of Iluka Interchange.
The fabrication and supply of sign supporting structure must be from a contractor registered with the Principal in:
Category SM: Minor Steel items.
This tender provides an opportunity for local industry participation.
All tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government’s Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code) and Implementation Guidelines to the New South Wales Code of Practice for Procurement: Building and Construction (NSW Guidelines).

This is a joint Australian and NSW government funded project.
