Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / Preparation of a Princes Highway Corridor Strategic Program Business Case - RMS-10028631

Tenders are invited for the preparation of strategic program business case, economic analysis and associated activities for the Princes Highway Corridor from Nowra to the NSW-Victoria border. This work consists of preparation of a program-level strategic case for a Tier 2 project, including:

• Technical writing

• Development of data, tables, high quality graphics

• Investigation of customer transport needs and solutions (including services, policy and infrastructure)

• A preferred vision for the Corridor, and options to meet that vision

• A consideration of how transport can contribute to Place functions in the corridor

• High level strategic corridor alignments and costs

• A range of workshops, assessments and reports to support the above

 A pre-tender meeting will be held on the morning of 14th January 2020 at the Christie Centre, 100 Walker Street North Sydney NSW. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming tender.

 Prospective tenderers will need to complete, sign and return the confidentiality deed (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) prior to being given the passcode to access the Request for Tender documents.

In many cases these may be used as a basis for shortlisting tenderers, along with other criteria such as expertise and experience. Prospective tenderers are initially evaluated for their proposal against the relevant selection criteria. A number of those who best meet the criteria are invited to tender. For complex or some other types of procurement, where the product or service outcomes are highly dependent on the content of the proposals received from Tenderers, the outcome may be negotiated.
