Tender Details
Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) is requesting tenders for the role of Environmental Representative (ER) for the Newcastle Inner City Bypass – Rankin Park to Jesmond project.
RMS require the successful tenderer to nominate an ER and back-up ER who was not involved in the preparation of the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) or Submissions and Preferred Infrastructure Report (SPIR) for this project, and who is independent of the detailed design and early works construction of the Newcastle Inner City Bypass - Rankin Park to Jesmond project.
The services are required for the following phases of the project:
• Detailed design
• Pre-construction activities such as field investigations, environmental works, and construction of access tracks and site facilities
• Early work construction of the shared path bridge over Newcastle Road, Jesmond (Bridge 7)
Tenderers will be required to demonstrate in their proposal that they have the necessary skills, resources and experience to fulfil the tender requirements.
All tenderers must comply with the New South Wales (NSW) Government’s Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code) and Implementation Guidelines to the NSW Code of Practice for Procurement: Building and Construction (NSW Guidelines).
