Roads and Maritime Services is inviting suitable organisations to submit tenders for the Construction of Lansdowne Bridge, near Goulburn.
This contract is for the construction of roadwork, bridgework, retaining walls and other structures, services and all associated construction activities for the construction of the new Lansdowne Bridge and road approaches.
All tenderers must comply with the New South Wales Government’s Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code) and Implementation Guidelines to the New South Wales Code of Practice for Procurement: Building and Construction (NSW Guidelines).

The project is jointly funded by the Australian and NSW Governments.
The head contractor must be prequalified with Roads and Maritime Services for roadwork at Category R3, Bridgework at B3 and Financial Category F10, or higher, under the National Prequalification System for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction Contracts and be able to demonstrate to the satisfaction of the principal the capacity to undertake the work for the tendered price. Other prequalification requirements apply for components of the work.

A pre-tender meeting will be held at 10.30am on Thursday 19 April 2018, at the Mercure Goulburn, 2 Lockyer Street Goulburn NSW 2580. A site inspection will be held immediately following the pre-tender meeting. Attendance at this pre-tender meeting is mandatory in order to submit a conforming tender.
