WestConnex Delivery Authority (WDA) is inviting organisations with relevant experience to submit a tender for the design, supply, installation and maintenance of roadside electronic tolling equipment for the WestConnex M4 Tolling Roadside Systems project between Parramatta and Haberfield.

Tenders are invited from organisations that have the relevant experience in the design, supply, installation and maintenance of roadside electronic tolling equipment (comparable scale) in a major city and to Australian road authority standards or equivalent.

All applicants must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement.

The NSW Government’s Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry (NSW Code) and the NSW Government's Implementation Guidelines to the NSW Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry (NSW Guidelines) apply to this project. Compliance with the NSW Code and NSW Guidelines is a pre-requisite to submitting any response to a procurement process (expression of interest or tender response) and to any successful applications being awarded. Copies of the NSW Code and NSW Guidelines are available at www.industrialrelations.nsw.gov.au.

Request for Tender (RFT) information will only be released to organisations who submit a signed copy of the Process Deed and a completed Registration Form and who WDA considers a bona fide Tenderer. Instructions for signing the Process Deed and other matters are contained as a file within Participation Instructions.

Please return a signed copy of the Process Deed and the Registration Form to info@westconnex.com.au with the subject ‘M4 Tolling Roadside Systems’.  Include in this email a nominated email address (this email address must be that of the Primary Contact of the Applicant) for receipt of a passcode for the RFT.

Upon receipt of a signed copy of the Process Deed and all Registration and Request Forms and successful determination of the Applicants suitability, a passcode will be sent via email to your nominated email address.
