Tender Details
The Warringah Freeway contamination investigations (Project) will require drilling and sampling in a number of locations within and adjacent to the Warringah Freeway corridor.
The Project is funded by the NSW Government.
TfNSW is inviting suitably experienced and qualified organisations to participate in the tender process for the Project.
To participate in the tender process for the Project, organisations:
1. Must execute (to the satisfaction of TfNSW) the Confidentiality Deed Poll to receive the tender documents and must return to TfNSW via mdptender@rms.nsw.gov.au by 11:00am (AEST) Thursday 26 March 2020.
2. Must have previously completed contamination investigations in a brownfield site.
3. Acceptance of Exculsivity Requirement
4. Must be Registered as Supplier in TfNSW Technical Registration Scheme in the category Geotechnical Investigation and Monitoring
All applicants must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct (NSW Code) and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement (NSW Guidelines).

Conditions for Participation
Exclusivity requirement :
The successful Tenderer is required to be contracted exclusively to Transport for NSW on the Western Harbour Tunnel and Beaches Link (WHTBL) for the duration of the program, and accordingly, may not participate in tenders on the bidding side (including in the form of contracting, sub-contracting, joint ventures or partnerships) to perform subsequent Contamination Consultant related services unless formally agreed upon with TfNSW.
The successful tenderer will be required to prepare appropriate probity and confidentiality plans for review and acceptance by TfNSW. As a minimum, these will need to demonstrate how confidential information will be managed within the organisation during the commission to ensure that resources beyond those engaged for this work will not have access to it. Adherence to these arrangements may be audited by TfNSW or its agents during delivery of the program.
