Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) is seeking Registrations of Interest (ROI) for the Sydney Roads Asset Performance (SRAP) Contracts in Greater Sydney.

Sydney Road Asset Performance Contracts
The services required for the SRAP Contracts include, but are not limited to:
• Routine and Tactical Asset Management
• Routine Maintenance for all road related and Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) assets
• Tactical Maintenance Works including all Pavement, ITS, Bridge and Tunnel assets
• Event Management and Asset Recovery
• Minor and Complex Improvement Works (Special Projects)
The vision for Greater Sydney as a metropolis of three cities will guide planning, investment and deliver customer outcomes. There will be three SRAP contracts, one serving each city covering the Harbour, River and Parkland Zones.
TfNSW intended outcomes for the SRAP Contracts are:
• Customer Focus: Enabling safe seamless journeys for people and goods
• Safety and Performance: Every customer enjoys safe travel. Striving to continuously improve road worker and network safety in addition to network and contract efficiency
• Sustainability: Economically and environmentally sustainable, aligning to United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
• Successful Places: Enhancing and maintaining the liveability, amenity and economic success of communities and places that the asset interfaces with
• Innovation: Working with industry to innovate in our provision of road and intelligent transport services.
Registrations of Interest (ROI) will be accepted by applicants with pre-qualified contractors with TfNSW under the National Prequalification Scheme at (F150+, R3 & B2) to maintain and undertake small to medium capital works for the State owned roads network within Greater Sydney.
Selection process
The successful tenderer will be selected through a two phase procurement process. The first phase requires applicants to submit this ROI. A shortlist of applicants will then be selected from this ROI process and invited to tender for the work.
Prospective applicants will need to complete, sign and return the confidentiality deed (in accordance with the instructions in that deed) prior to being given the passcode to access the ROI documents.
All applicants must comply with the New South Wales Government's Procurement Policy Framework (NSW Framework), Code of Practice for Procurement (NSW Code) and Implementation Guidelines to the New South Wales Code of Practice for Procurement: Building and Construction (NSW Guidelines).

Special Projects which are jointly funded by the Australian Government
Certain Special Projects which may be carried out under the SRAP Contracts will be jointly funded by the Australian Government.
The Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016 will apply to these Special Projects.
To be eligible to carry out such Special Projects, the Service Provider will need to be accredited under the Australian Government Work Health and Safety Accreditation Scheme (the Scheme) and must maintain accreditation under the Scheme while the relevant ‘building work’ is being carried out.
