Sydney Trains seeks tenders from capable organisations to provide services for its Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) and Electronic Security (Help Points) System including:
- Maintenance and support of the current CCTV & Help Points system until it is decommissioned
- Design of a new system that will deliver innovation, value for money, performance and integration improvements
- Manage the transition from the current to the new system
- Maintenance and support of the new system (around 10,000 Cameras and 750 Help Points across NSW)
