Provision of employee medical health services for approximately 10,000 (ST & NSWT) employees though targeted, periodic and/or triggered health assessment to detect medical conditions that might affect the worker’s ability to work safely within the rail environment, and to appropriately manage medical conditions in accordance with National Standard for Health Assessment of Rail Safety Workers 2017.

The scope includes:

• Health assessment

• Health monitoring includes but not limited to:

• Fitness for Duty screening/medical examination

• Non-RSW pre-placement drug and alcohol screening/testing

• Service Delivery including appointment management, health records management
