Sydney Trains’ Network Maintenance Division (NMD) is seeking a response from organisations with experience in developing and implementing Rail Infrastructure Incident Response models based on international best practice, while acknowledging current Sydney Trains constraints. Due to an increase in rail traffic in ~ 1700 kms of rail corridor the impact of infrastructure incidents has gone up.
Interested parties should submit their interest, with accompanied information, such as company profile, summary of relevant assignments (the challenge, the solution, timeframes, etc.), resume of key experts and availability to commence work by April 2019, if selected.
Based on the shortlisted (3-5) submissions, invitation will be sent out to participate in a closed RFQ process.
