Sydney Trains objective of this procurement activity is to establish a long tern agreement for the provision of current and future Sydney Trains Low Level Vegetation maintenance requirements. Projects defined in the annual maintenance program on behalf of Sydney Trains create a safe, reliable passenger fleet and metropolitan rail network, designed to meet the expectations of customers.

The maintenance of Low Level Vegetation in the rail network is critical in the prevention of rectification works and clearing of infestations that reduce vision within the rail corridor. This assists in a reduction of unnecessary maintenance on all sections of the rail network and improves safety.

It is imperative Sydney Trains engage a supplier who can conduct these activities in compliance with any access protocols and procedures specified by the principal for the worksites.
