This advertisement is to announce a planned tender to be released soon and provide a heads-up to the market. The Objective of this procurement activity is to engage suitable and specialised supplier//s for provision of all future enterprise workforce management requirements of Sydney Trains and solicit  innovative and holistic market proposals for a EWM solution.

The EWM Program is the deployment of a series of capabilities to deliver effective Workforce Management across multiple rail organisations and business units, which requires the integrated management of the full lifecycle through an integrated platform:

  Scope of Platform Capabilities

• Workforce Capacity Planning;
• Workforce Supply Management;
• Workforce Scheduling;
• Workforce Rostering;
• Workforce Operations;

 Integration with Existing Systems

• Human capital management (HCM) Employment records;
• Skills & qualifications;
• Time and attendance; and
• Payroll

These cover all facets of train crewing, operations delivery and stations staff across Sydney Trains and NSW TrainLink.
