Council is seeking an experienced Construction Contractor to undertake the construction of a new junior inclusive playground in Glenbrook Park that will replace the existing junior playground. The works are detailed and require a range of trades including demolition, earthworks, drainage, paving, concrete, metalwork and park furniture, timberworks, rockworks, painting, play equipment and softfall, soil preparation, planting and grassing, amendments to a shed, fencing and landscape establishment.

(c) All Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement (Code) that is current at the date of issue of this Request for Tender. The ability of a Tenderer to demonstrate compliance with the Code is an essential condition of these Conditions.
(d) All Tenderers must comply with Council’s Business Ethics Policy attached as Annexure 1.
(e) A Tenderer:
(i) must be a legal entity; and
(ii) must have a registered Australian Business Number (ABN) and is registered for GST purposes with the Australian Taxation Office.
Council may refuse to consider any Tender which does not meet the Mandatory Criteria.
