Liverpool City Council is planning to establish a state-of-the-art Environment Education Centre (EEC) to both, inspire and promote healthy and sustainable living practices. The EEC will facilitate a range of sustainability workshops and activities as well as being a social hub for the local community offering workshops, event space, sustainable cafe, educational materials and community gardens.
Liverpool City Council would like to call for an Expression of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced and qualified design experts to act as members of an evaluation panel to shortlist and select a winning design for the EEC that could be further developed for construction.
Tender enquiries must be submitted to Lasoi Serrado, Procurement Officer via the online forum. Liverpool City Council staff are not permitted to take verbal enquiries in relation to the tender.
