WSROC / Office Refurbishment and Alteration - T-2017-001

Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced companies for the refurbishment and office alteration project across administration buildings of Cumberland Council at Merrylands and Auburn; as per design, specifications and strict project timeline. Formal tenders must be submitted. 

The Mandatory pre-tender site meeting will start with a presentation (9:30-10:00am) at Committee Room 1, Council Administration Building, 16 Memorial Avenue, Merrylands followed by visits to office space at the same location (10:00am-12:00pm). This will be continued with visit to Office space at Auburn (1 Susan Street, Auburn) from 2:00pm-4:00pm. For registration, please contact Puneet Kaur.

Please note that the attendance to this pre-tender site meeting is a Mandatory requirement for this tender. Council will not consider your company’s tender submission if no registration recorded on the day.

Responses must be submitted via electronic lodgement on the NSW eTendering site or placed in a sealed envelope endorsed “Tender for T-2017-001 Office Refurbishment and Alteration” and placed in the tender box located in the foyer on the ground floor of the Merrylands Customer Service Centre, at the address shown below. Submissions via email and fax are not acceptable.

Tenderers are required to comply with the Local Government (General) Regulation 2005 and the NSW Government Code of Practice and Code of Tendering. The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.

Tenderers and members of the public are invited to attend the opening of tenders immediately after the closing time.
