BlacktownCityCouncil(BCC)isseekingtenders fortheconstructionofa amenities building at Pearce Reserve , Kings Langley.

Thenew building are to replace the existing building at Pearce Reserve Whitby Road, Kings Langley.

The new buildings are to be built at the base of the slope overlooking the existing cricket oval. The existing building and the trees shown on the plans are to be removed as part of the works to make way for the buildings. Building are to be built either side of the existing sewer and stormwater lines.

A non-compulsory Pre-Tender briefing will be held at 9.30am, Wednesday 23 January 2019. Location is, Pearce Reserve Whitby Road, Kings Langley Meeting at the undercover area of the existing building. The Tenderer must familiarise itself with the Works and the Site prior to submission of its tender.
