WSROC / Construction Planning and Programming Services, Transformational Projects Program - C37/2019

 

Blacktown City Council (BCC) is seeking proposals from suitable qualified and experienced person/s, firms or entities for the provision of specialist Construction Planning and Programming Services for its Transformational Projects program.

 

This is tender is intended to create a panel, whereby a number of firms may be allocated term contracts, with services then selectively drawn upon as needed. However, Council reserves the right to select a panel of suppliers or a single supplier. Further, if offered a contract no guarantee of work is made and utilisation of services will depend on project needs against the specific capabilities and offer of the contracted providers.  

 

Pricing is to be based on a Schedule of Rates with an initial period of the Contract of 3 years with an option in favour of Council for a further period of two (2) x one (1) year extensions subject to satisfactory performance, and Council requirements.
