Tender Details
Blacktown City Council invites tenders for the hire of various categories and classes of plant to be used on Council work.
All tendered items of plant that meet the requirements of the tender documents will be accepted and placed on a listing of plant for hire.
The term of this contract will be for three years from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2018
The tendered rates for Contract 6/2015 shall apply for the financial years 2015/16 to 2017/18.
The tendered rates shall be fixed for the financial year 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016.
Tendered rates for plant hired with operators shall be adjusted for rise and fall of labour and fuel costs for the financial year 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017 and then for the financial year 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018.
Tendered rates for plant hired without operators (dry hire) shall be fixed for the three financial years 2015/16 to 2017/18.
