ABOUT LIVERPOOL: Liverpool is fast becoming Sydney’s third CBD as the Gateway City to Western Sydney Airport.Liverpool is growing at a rate of 100 new residents per week. Its population of 215,000 will reach 300,000 by 2030. Liverpool City Council is leading the community through a period of rapid change and growth towards a more dynamic city centre with a vibrant night-time economy.

ABOUT THE PROPOSED CONTRACT:Council invites offerors to submit a proposal for Collingwood House Commercial Opportunities.

ON SITE INSPECTION: A site inspection/briefing will be held on 3pm, Tuesday, 17 September 2019 at Collingwood House.
