Blacktown City Council (BCC) is seeking proposals from suitable qualified and experienced person/s, firms or entities for the provision of Sports Advisory and Venue Consultant Services for the development of the ICTE.
The ICTE will be the centrepiece for the future of the Blacktown International Sportspark and will cement Blacktown as the sporting capital of Western Sydney. The ICTE is scheduled to open late 2021.It will serve international teams, our elite athletes, local sportspeople and the wider community.
Both sportspeople and the wider community will benefit from top quality support including cutting edge training, physio, recovery, rehabilitation, education, catering and sports science research facilities.
The initial period of the Contract will be for 3 years with an option in favour of Council for a further period of two (2) x one (1) year extensions subject to satisfactory performance, and Council requirements.

Council intends to create a panel of suitable suppliers for the duration of this contract. Work may be awarded directly in response to this tender or alternatively further quotes sought from selected panel members for lump sum quotations on specific pieces of work.
Council reserves the right to select a panel of suppliers or a single supplier.
Suppliers will be selected with the proven ability to provide the services detailed in the scope of works.
