 ABOUT LIVERPOOL: Liverpool is fast becoming Sydney’s third CBD as the Gateway City to Western Sydney Airport.Liverpool is growing at a rate of 100 new residents per week. Its population of 215,000 will reach 300,000 by 2030.  Liverpool City Council is leading the community through a period of rapid change and growth towards a more dynamic city centre with a vibrant night-time economy. 

ABOUT THE PROPOSED CONTRACT:Council invites offerors to submit a proposal for an Expression of Interest(EOI) (EOI – Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Values Project) which will see the delivery of a cultural heritage values assessment, Aboriginal thematic history, oral history, heritage interpretation strategy and architecture and planning guidelines in accordance with the Conditions of Offer and Specification (including any attachments) as described within this EOI.
