Blacktown City Council (BCC) has committed to delivering design excellence across its assets and projects. Providing high quality facilities in Blacktown City contributes to an enhanced resident, worker and visitor experience. 

 

This tender is intended to establish a pre-qualified Design and Development Services panel of Architects, Landscape Architects, Urban Designers, Visualisation Artists, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and Recreation and Youth Planners.  Consultants will be pre-qualified on their ability to provide innovative and professional services across a variety of project types and value with demonstrated capability to deliver design excellence.
