 The project consists of using the appropriate materials, labours and equipment to provide high quality repairs in compliance with all relevant regulations.

1.Companies with experience in heritage works are preferred and are requested to submit their portfolio with the Tender documents.

2.Contractors must read and understand all the documentation (Scope, Specifications, drawings and contracts)

3.Cumberland Council and the Project officer reserve the right to withhold the project for routine inspections and hold points.

4.The construction works are subject to the regulations of Heritage Council

5.If any relics are found during excavation, all works to stop immediately and the Cumberland Council and Project manager are to be informed.

6.Cumberland council reserves the right to accept full or partial of the proposed works.
