The goal of the masterplan is to provide high quality multi-use facilities that provide a regional benchmark for design and maximise community use. The masterplan for this site provides a unique opportunity to provide an outstanding public space outcome which is tailored to the needs of Liverpool’s growing community. The site is positioned at the edge of Liverpool CBD and is poised to provide facilities to supplement strong residential growth in the surrounding area.
Council is seeking applications from suitably qualified consultants, or consortia of consultants, capable of progressing by invitation to participate in the Selective Request for Tender (RFT) process through demonstration of the required skills, experience, examples and references. It is intended that a short list of applicants from this EOI will be identified based on assessment and evaluation of the returnable schedules of this request using the evaluation criteria outlined within this EOI.

EOI Process
EOI submissions will be assessed and shortlisted in February 2019. Successful candidates will be notified by phone and email. The shortlisted candidates will then enter an RFT process that will occur in February 2019, after which a single suitable candidate will be selected.
