Background
Liverpool City Councils’ Events Team is responsible for the delivery of Councils’ annual Major Events and
Festivals and require the services of a competent pyrotechnic display provider to design, implement and
execute displays for two of our Major Events in the calendar year.
Scope of works/Brief
Pyrotechnics displays are a significant and highly anticipated feature of our New Year’s Eve and Australia Day
celebrations. The sites and timings for these two events are as follows;

PORTION A: NYE: Light Up The Lake, 5pm – 12 Midnight Tuesday 31 December
9pm and Midnight Display

PORTION B: Australia Day Celebration, 5pm – 10pm Sunday 26 January
9pm Display
