Tender Details

The Blue Mountains City Council (BMCC) and the Office of Environment and Heritage (OEH), through this Request for tender (RFT), is seeking the services of a suitably qualified consultant with experience in floodplain modelling and design to undertake the Bullaburra to Linden Floodplain Risk Management Study and Plan (FRMSP).

(a)  The Tenderer and any nominated subcontractor(s) must not be bankrupt or insolvent.

(b)   Tenderers must provide details of instances where, within five (5) years prior to submitting their Tender, they have been found guilty of breaching any Act or Regulation, including but not limited to:

(c) All Tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Code of Practice for Procurement (Code) that is current at the date of issue of this Request for Tender.   The ability of a Tenderer to demonstrate compliance with the Code is an essential condition of these Conditions.

(d) All Tenderers must comply with Council’s Business Ethics Policy attached as Annexure 1.

(e) A Tenderer:

(i)  must be a legal entity; and

must have a registered Australian Business Number (ABN) and is registered for GST purposes with the Australian Taxation Office.
