The Western Sydney Regional Organisation of Councils (WSROC) Ltd is seeking expressions of interest from renewable project developers and retailers for the supply of offsite renewable electricity to participating and member Councils.

This is the first stage of an offsite renewable electricity procurement process from which WSROC anticipates a selected number of respondents will be invited to respond to a formal tender.
Expression of Interest (EoI) Documents & Lodgement
To lodge EoI responses electronically the files containing the EoI response must be uploaded through the eTender website. Respondents should follow the steps and the instructions on the eTender website.

Conditions for Participation
WSROC is requesting information via expressions of interest from suitably capable and experienced developers, retailers and other related companies to provide information to WSROC for the supply of electricity and LGCs to WSROC participating councils. This may be in the form of PPA proposals directly from projects to participating councils, long term renewable energy retail contracts or other combinations or variants of the above and other renewable energy supply models.
