Tender Details

Penrith City Council is seeking Tenders from suitably experienced contractors for the refurbishment and associated heritage building works at Castlereagh Hall and The Old School Building Emu Plains.

Additional Details / Instructions

A non- mandatory briefing session will be held Monday 8 April 2019 at 10:30am at Castlereagh Hall and the Old School Building Emu Plains at 11:30, to address key elements in the electronic tender. All tenderers will need to register their attendance at this meeting in the name of the organisation in which they will be tendering. All attendees should notify the contact listed below of their intention to attend the meeting by email.
