- Audit of the WHS System against National Self Insurer WHS Audit Tool and the SafeWork Case Management Audit
- WHS Training delivery and course development. this could include delivery of Councils training modules such as but not limited to
- Controlling Officers
- WHS Purchasing
- Hazardous Chemicals
- Back Care
- Hearing
- Incident investigation
- Risk Management
- Chain of Responsibility
- Due diligence training for the Executive
- Chain of Responsibility
- Development of new WHS training modules as needed
- Consultancy advise to improve WHS performance
- Operational and System Risk Assessment
- Advice and support for the self-insurance Audit with SafeWork NSW
- Compliance audits subject to identified needs, noise survey, air monitoring etc
- Accident investigation
- Other audits as identified e.g. Due diligence, Chain of Responsibility.

Additional Details / Instructions
The initial period of the Contract will be for 3 years with an option, in favour of Council, for a further period of 2 x 1-year extensions subject to satisfactory performance, and Council requirements.
