Tender Details

Penrith City Council is seeking proposals to have a number of improvement works within the Erskine Business Park to enhance its appearance and function for the users of the estate. These works will include new features such as bus shelters, an outdoor gym and lunch area, landscaping and gateway treatments.

A non-mandatory briefing session will be held at 9:30am, Monday 8 May 2017to address key elements in the electronic tender instructions at Penrith Civic Centre, Passadena Room, Level 1, 601 High Street Penrith 2750.
