2. Alarm:

   1. Monitoring, activation, response and reporting.

   2. Reprograming and remote access.

   3. System equipment maintenance program.

   4. Break-in communication strategy, including response time.

3. Site opening/closure, static and mobile guard services:

   1. Manned guard to carparks.

   2. Patrols each night.

   3. Open/closure of gates, public bathrooms and amenity facilities.

   4. Provide staff escorts.

   5. Alarm activation response.

   6. Break-in response strategy, including response time.

   7. Festivals and crowd control strategy.

4. Locksmith services.
