Tender Details

The purpose of this Request for Tender (hereinafter referred to as “RFT”) is to seek suitably experienced and reliable contractors for the construction of the Kingswood Pedestrian Lighting located within the Penrith Local Government area.

Tender Options form part of this RFT, please review the detailed scope in Part 4 of this RFT and review the lighting design in detail to get an understanding of the tender option requirements.

Council, depending on budget and pricing may consider some, all or none of the tender options listed on Price Schedule Tender Options tab

Tenderers are to provide a price for the Lump Sum Scope of works and a price against each tender option to be a conforming Tender
