The purpose of this Request for Tender is to seek the services of Contractors for the refurbishment and associated building works at two Neighborhood Centre sites. Colyton Neighbourhood Centre and Werrington Downs Neighbourhood Centre.

A site visit will be held at both sites on Tuesday 10 December 2019 starting at Coyton at 1.30pm and moving over to Werrington at 2.15pm.
