WSROC / Building and Amenities Cleaning Services - ST2755

Council is seeking responses from Contractors to achieve the following objectives:
a) To establish a relationship with provider(s) that have capability and capacity to deliver quality cleaning
services that presents Councils building assets at a high standard to the community and staff.
b) Seek innovative technology that can provide service tracking and robust reporting on asset usage and
cleaning service.
c) Proactive reporting of damage and or faults.

A non mandatory site inspections will be held from Tuesday 4 June 2019 to Tuesday 18 June 2019 (excluding Saturday and Sunday).   

Tender enquiries must be submitted to Macario Biala, Business Procurement Partner via the online forum. Liverpool City Council staff are not permitted to take verbal enquiries in relation to the tender.

Offers must be completely uploaded as pdf files into the electronic tender box by the closing time.
