Tender Details

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for civil construction works in relation to road rehabilitation at Panorama Parade, Panania.

Scope of works generally includes demolition and reconstruction of kerb and gutter, vehicular crossings, and stormwater drainage facility, as well as minor landscaping works.

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.

Planned commencement of works is on 2^nd May 2017 and it is anticipated that civil construction works will be completed by 19^th June 2017.

A list of the Construction drawing and Council’s Standard Drawings relevant to the construction are given in Item 3.14 and separately attached to this document.
