Blacktown City Council (BCC) is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced person(s), firms or entities for the Disposal and Recycling Services of Construction and Demolition Materials for the provision of Resource Recovery and disposal management facility for construction and demolition materials on an as required basis.

The services will be paid based on the agreed schedule of rates. The initial period of the Contract will be for 3 years with an option in favour of Council for a further period of 2 x 1-year extensions subject to satisfactory performance, and Council requirements.
