Expression of Interest (EOI)
EOIs are invited from manufacturers of central control systems that provide remote control of irrigation and field lighting and include monitoring and reporting applications.
The EOI will not lead to a tender process for manufacturers. The purpose of the EOI is to select a single system before inviting tenders from contractors for the supply and installation of the system.
A manufacturer must be willing to provide all potential installation contractors with the necessary information to submit a tender and allow the successful tenderer to procure the system.
