Liverpool City Council currently liaises with its residents as well as external companies in respect to the outcomes and progress of development applications, notifying residents and external government agencies through bulk mail-outs and this is managed via an online mailing solution and web portal.
Council is seeking a similar solution to their mail fulfilment needs and should be configured with Council’s existing systems. Price should be inclusive of the generation of the letter, folding, postage and use of
equipment is all included.
