Tender Details
Council is seeking professional organisations that can provide a high standard of capability experienced Contractor in the design, supply and construction of Prairiewood Water Park. To provide a scalable, multi-level modular, innovative and interactive water play park area that provides family friendly entertainment resulting in return visits.
As part of this requirement Council seeks excellent service and a strong commitment to provide optimum results. This request for tender seeks to test the market to ensure Council obtains value for money in the undertaking of this work.
Requirements include the following;
Water play Family Area containing;
- Mum's and Bubs area
- Spray Pad area
- Water Playground
- Water slide
Surf Simulator Area
Beach Area containing shade umbrella and sun lounges.

A briefing session will be held on Tuesday 29th April @10:30 am at Prairiewood Leisure Centre.
Tenderers who intend to attend this briefing session are asked to email the Procurement Coordinator Annette Walker awalker@fairfieldcity.nsw.gov.au to confirm their attendance.
Potential tenderers are strongly encouraged to attend this briefing session which will cover response preparation and lodgement as well as an overview of the proposed contract requirements.
