Penrith City Council is seeking proposals for the reliable and cost effective provision of Premixed Concrete within the Penrith Local Government Area on an as required basis. The Contract will be for an initial period of three (3) years, with an option to extend by Council for a further two (2) x one (1) year periods, by mutual agreement and subject to satisfactory performance.
