State Water Corporation / Independant verification and assessment of actual water savings achieved by the NSW Metering Scheme Pilot Project - SWCDoc10/13212

State Water Corporation (SWC) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to carry out the services under the Independent Verification and Assessment of Actual Water Savings Achieved by the NSW Metering Scheme Pilot Project (The Pilot Project) Contract SWDoc10/13212 . The services include the Consultant being an Independent Expert to undertake verification of outcomes achieved by the Pilot Project.  This will involve verification of the Actual Water Savings secured by the project and any variance from the Agreed Water Savings between NSW and the Australian Government. The consultancy will include defining the methodology and process to robustly estimate Actual Water Savings.

There  will be a mandatory pre-tender meeting held on 14th Sep 2011,9am to 12pm. The meeting will be held at NSW Office of Water, Conference Room, Level 18 , 227 Elizabeth Street, Sydney.
