Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

     

A mandatory pre tender site meeting will be held on site at the Lock on Tue 16 February 2010 at 11:00hrs. Non attendance by the tenderers at this mandatory meeting will render their tender void.

 

An inspection of a structure where similar works have already been completed is scheduled for 08:00 hrs the same day. This particular inspection is non mandatory but those wishing to take advantage of inspecting similar works must meet State Water Representatives at 08:00 hrs at Lock 10, Wentworth. The group will then travel to Lock 15 for the mandatory meeting at 11:00 hrs.
