Tender Details

This project is to undertake further investigations of corrosion of steel sheet piles at Menindee, including deep soil sampling and the removal of sheet piles for inspection. The investigations undertaken will give SWC a better understanding of the corrosion that takes place on buried steel piles at Menindee.

The output of the project will be a report detailing:

· The soil condition in which sheet piles are installed

· The condition of the steel sheet piles removed for inspection

· The applicability of the observed condition of the removed sheet piles to other sheet pile rows at Menindee
