State Water Corporation has identified the need for a new technology iSMART Master Plan as a fundamental step towards achieving its strategic plan and future operational vision in line with the current technology.
The main objective of this master plan will be to capture the information management strategy that will support the definition of the future operational vision of SWC.
The iSMART Master Plan (to be developed under this engagement) will need to complement the current technological vision that has resulted in the deployment of the very successful iSMART system.
The Consultant is to provide an all encompassing iSMART Master Plan, which will allow SWC to achieve the iSMART Strategic Plan and future operational vision in line with the current technology.
A comprehensive report is to be provided containing the iSMART Master Plan and all aspects relevant to the Master Plan.
