The project will replace the existing administrative environment (computer applications and business processes) with a integrated solution which brings core administrative business function in line with current practice using a platform that will support anticipated growth and current strategic objectives.

Desired outcomes are to:

•         Reduce cost and increase efficiency through improving the effectiveness and integration of the core business processes and their supporting computer systems.
•         Improve staff competency in the administration and use of core business systems and in the execution of core business processes.
•         Improve the customer experience through implementation of a Customer Relationship Management capability.
•         Improve information quality and provide a single authoritative source of the truth to support management and facilitate executive decision making and compliance reporting through the existing business intelligence platform.
•         Provide a supporting computer applications platform to adequately support the organisations requirements over the expected production life of the investment (2014-2021).
