Skills & experience of personnel and capacity to provide the services a) Proposed key personnel and nominated role including backup personnel. Outline demonstrated skills and experience in these roles for the development of a detailed design for a project of a similar scale and nature. (8%) b) The ability of the organization to provide nominated key personnel and their availability for the Project. (8%) c) Proposed project team structure identifying full time and part time positions and any specialists and/or subcontractors necessary for the project. (4%) Past performance a) Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with NSW Government. (4%) b) Performance on recent projects, proven ability to undertake Detailed Design services of a scale and nature similar to that for Spring Farm Parkway Stage 1 Detailed Design. (8%) c) Demonstrated record of submitting quality design and documentation within a tight time frame. (8%) Program and methodology a) Proposed program complies with the key submission milestones and activities are clear, well defined and have logical dependencies. (8%) b) Proposed methodology for the delivery and review of the design packages for the key review stages to ensure an innovative, logical, efficient use of both PSC and TfNSW review resources. (8%) c) Proposed methodology to ensure that constructability and staging is integrated throughout the design process. (8%) d) Proposed methodology for managing Utility investigations and design including Utility Owner consultation and certification. (6%) Understanding the project, interfaces and environmental requirements a) Understanding the project constraints, potential challenges and proposed mitigation.
